People People Everywhere

Here are some sketches I did while holiday shopping.  I just now got to posting them.  They say drawing people, even if only gestural sketch will make you better at drawing.  So maybe in 30 years I will get something good.  It is interesting looking at people.  From what I can tell most people look like they are nice enough, and generally pleasant.  I think the news on TV would lead one to believe otherwise.

So anyway, 2010 is over and now it's 2011.  Whoa, that kinda went by fast.  Looking back I am glad I did way more drawings in 2010 than in 2009, so hopefully I will keep increasing production during this new year.  But why does each year get faster than the last?  And why do I seem to get busier and busier?  There are so many things I want to do, and so many meaningful projects that keep getting put off to the side.  Judging by the hustle and bustle of the people in my drawings I guess I'm not the only one who is trying to make the most of every second.  Happy New Year everyone, may the force be with you.

Oh, I went to the Rose Parade today, I just thought I would put that out there to make this post as random as possible.
