When using acrylic paints I don't worry as much about the details as I do with say pen and ink.  I enjoy just moving the colors around, and experimenting.  This is a simple painting of Nicole standing next to one of the red chairs in my house.  I really like how the pink, blue, and green interact.

The Arena

Practicing my sequential art skills this morning. I thought it would be cool to story board a hardcore gladiator fight.  If you have ever tried drawing sequences or animation you know it's pretty tough.  Keeping track of the action and capturing the movement and timing on paper is a real brain teaser.  I have ten more rough frames to this sequence, but I lost steam on inking them.  Plus it's super bowl Sunday, and I'm ready to get my grub on.  Drawing can wait.
