Lately I feel like I have been taking things too seriously. That is to say I think I have been trying to create artwork that doesn't match my personality. My ideas haven't been flowing freely, and they keep getting pushed and pulled by outside influences. My goal is to let my drawings take on a life of their own, and let them dictate the direction. It may take a while to break old habits, but I feel determined.
Good or bad, I am going to start posting every week. Drawings, paintings, and anything else surfaces on the pages of my sketchbooks.
